If you are interested in implementing a new PAT program, call (214) 363-8661 or email txpat@txpat.orgfor more information. You can also visit the National office website at www.parentsasteachers.org or contact them at 1-866-728-4968.

Annual Recertification

The Affiliate fee of $1,500.00 for the 14-15 year for existing affiliates will be due September 30, 2014. When the fee is paid, the national center will continue the affiliate’s current Visit Tracker subscription or will create a new subscription for those not currently using Visit Tracker. Please contact us if you are not registered with the national center to take advantage of the Visit Tracker benefit.

Individual Renewals

  • The current renewal price for the 2014-2015 program year is $150.00 per parent educator (capped at 12 Model Certified parent educators per Affiliate with a paid Affiliation Fee).
  • The current renewal price for the 2014-2015 program year for Approved Curriculum Users (AU) is $195.00 per person (AUs do not count towards the cap of 12 in an affiliate). AUs do not report their service delivery data on the APR; they will need to complete the Individual Service Report (ISR) that is available in their individual portal accounts prior to renewing.
  • Individuals still having a BTL or BTL-FT subscription (formerly known as a certification) will not be able to renew that member type for the 14-15 program year. It is important to get the necessary training to become Model Certified prior to the upcoming renewal period.
    • If you are unsure whether you have completed the necessary training, log in to the PAT Portal and click on Printable Certifications under “My Profile.” A BTL (Born to Learn) certification means you have not completed either Foundational or Model Implementation Training. A BTL-FT (Born to Learn-Foundational Training) certification means you have completed the Foundational Training and only need to take a Model Implementation Training.

It is very important that the Dallas office and the National office have a good work email in order to communicate with each individual.
